Day 1 : Yangon - Kawthaung - No.115Is
Fly to Kawthaung at about 12:00noon (passengers flying from Inle Lake, Bagan, & Mandalay can also catch this flight via Yangon transit) by Air Bagan, a privately operated airline in Myanmar. Arrival Kawthaung is approximately 3:00pm and transfer to the Myoma Jetty. Then, embark to one of TMC’s Adventure cruises and begin your great Mergui Archipelago adventure trip by sailing to the north-northwest of Kawthaung, heading to No. 115 island (also known as Forest Island) known for its noticeable ample beaches with white pearly and powdery sands, multi-colored coral gardens in its vicinities under the glass-clear waters. It will take around 4 to 5-hrs to 115 island and the boat will have to anchor at a nearest island of 115 if the depending on the flight arrival time to Kawthaung. Dinner can be arranged either on board or on the beach so as the sleeping, either in the air-conditioned cabins or tents on the beach. [Dinner Only]
Day 2 : Halfday No.115 Islands group explorations - BoCho Island visit
Enjoy your hearty breakfast prepared by your crews and chiefs. Half a day outdoor activities for everyone… from snorkeling to kayaking around the around the islands and enter into the bird caves when the tide ebbs, swimming, sunbathing, and jungle trekking. In the afternoon, sail north-northeast of 115 to Bo Cho Island, also known as Pu Nala where you can encounter with Salons (Moken – the sea gypsies) at Makyongalet village located on its northern end, overlooking the bay and big Lampi Island. Stroll around the village; learn Moken culture, and their socio-economic lifestyles. Return to your boat for dinner and overnight stay. [B/L/D]
Day 3 : Bo Cho - South Lampi Mangrove River Kayaking tour - Kyun Phila (Great Swinton)
After breakfast on board prepared by your chiefs, set your Kayaks in the water and begin the exciting exploratory journey into the Mangrove River located in the southern part of Lampi, a lost paradise on earth. Lampi Island is one of the biggest islands in the Mergui Archipelagos and the only National Marine Park as well as one of Asia’s natural heritage sites. The mangrove forests are the important place providing shelter for the fishes and prawns to breed an grow up and give protection from the severe winds. Study the eco-system and the enjoy watching the singing birds, orchids, sleeping pythons in the trees, and various wildlife as you row along the river. There are several kinds of birds and wild animals and you may not know what you will encounter. If you are lucky-enough, you will even find elephants! Afterwards, return to your boat and enjoy your lunch while the boat sails south-southwest to Kyun Pila (aka Great Swinton) island. Day 4 : Kyun Philar explorations - Cave Archipelagos (McCarthy Island) - Check-in Myanmar Andaman Resort
After your breakfast on board, a half day adventure activities can begin at waters of Kyun Philar, yet another great area for snorkeling to discover the wonderland of beautiful coral gardens and the world of Nimos. There’s over a kilometer long bright-white beach is in its northern shoreline where you may burry yourself in the powdery sands or go kayaking along the shoreline or do jungle trekking to discover some resident wildlife… Swines, monitor lizards, snakes, and wildcat, and boar. While having your lunch on board, the boat will sail southward to reach the cave archipelagos, where you can find a group rocky islands emerged out of blue sea, another snorkeling site and exciting kayaking experience into the caves of McCarthy (Cavern Is.). You may also hike up to its pinnacle along the trail with streams and waterfalls. Finally, the boat will sail due south to reach Kho Yinn Khwa (Macleod) Island, where your beautiful resort awaits you. Dinner and overnight stay at Myanmar Andaman Resort. [B/L/D]
